This volume is a tough one. PunPun is coming of age, starts his pubescent years with a pretty messed up start. His Uncle’s story has some crazy developments but seemingly comes to a positive. PunPun’s Mother’s storyline is kind of heartbreaking. I call it a tough one but the manner that the story is told continues to be addictively readable so I feel solid about the high rating.

There is medical trauma surrounding disease and accidents. One teen attempts to engage in sex with another teen leading to a sexual assault. Be forewarned.
