The first 2/3 of the book deal with exactly what the title suggests. The last 1/3 was almost completely unnecessary and a deviation from the established narrative. It could have been cut down to an epilogue and served the whole novel better.
I enjoyed the book overall, but felt the Codas after the main story sort of dragged on and just didn’t contribute much overall.
