I love this book so much! When I say it was the perfect balance between thriller, murder mystery, friendship drama, and romance I mean it. In thing I loved about this book was that there was very little romance, however, you didn’t even realize there wasn’t that much romance. I read this book in between a series that talks about heavy things so it was perfect to escape from that world into this one for a little bit. Do you like reading a stand alone book, while reading a series?

In The Cheerleaders, Monica is the sister of one of the five cheerleaders who died 5 years ago. Two of them died in a car crash, two were murdered, and one committed suicide. All the deaths were wrapped up, there was a reason for the crash, the murderer was caught, the suicide was not questioned. However, Monica stumbles upon something that starts to unravel everything.
