Giving up on this book finally. It had some great ideas right up until it told me that if I didn't follow this very specific and super restrictive diet for the rest of my life then I would never completely heal my headaches. It was so off-putting that I've never been able to pick up this book again. It was such a weird shift in tone, too. My recollection is that the book was very much like "hey give this a try and it might help you" and then it suddenly transitioned into "do this exactly as I tell you or you'll never get better."
