Faeries, Farms and Folk by Carmel McMurdo Audsley

4.0

Faeries, Farms and Folk was a delightful, nostalgic adventure into the agrarian life of Scotland. It follows a family through troubles and joys, and gives excellent, well-researched insight into the lives of our forebears. While I sometimes got confused with too many M names, I well know that this is authentic to the time! I highly recommend this to anyone interested in Scotland or the 'simpler' life.
