Did not finish book. Stopped at 9%.

Meh. The author is clearly worshipful of her subject, so it got frustrating being reminded constantly about how mature, amazing, and saintly Deanna Durbin was, even as a young child. I just don't think reading this will give anyone a fair representation of the actress as a real person.
