Forget Me Not by Ellie Terry
4.0

I can't imagine what it must have been like to grow up with Tourette's, not have a name for it or why you're so different, and then when it's finally diagnosed to be told not to tell anyone and to try and hide it. Thanks Ellie Terry for sharing a little bit of what it's like to have Tourette's Syndrome in this well written middle grade novel.

Most of the book is written in verse, so it makes for a very quick read. I liked the way the story flowed - it was a simple, but powerful. I really empathized with Callie and with Jinsong as well - I enjoyed watching them both grow and become more accepting of themselves.
