The Will of the Many by James Islington
5.0
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. The Rome inspired world was elaborate and incredibly detailed. The author illustrates the injustice of the will ceding pyramid scheme beautifully and the protagonist is immensely likeable.
I do wish that the story was presented in a multi-pov manner, because some of the other characters, esp. Diago were so interesting.
And of course, the massive plot twist towards the end was just mind-blowing. Eagerly looking forward to the next book in the series.
