With a Cherry On Top
by Letizia Lorini
I don’t even know where to start. Round of applause for Letizia Lorini because this book was so good. If you loved The Wedding Menu, don’t skip this one.
I cried. A lot. Which I was not expecting to do. This story is a beautiful and messy journey - we’re all humans and we all make mistakes. Sometimes you have to be a villain in someone else’s journey to be the hero in your own. And that’s okay.
This book is single POV - from the main male character and I don’t think I’ve ever read a book like that before. It was incredibly refreshing and so well done.
While this book is part of a series of interconnected standalones and can be read on its own, I highly recommend you read the others first to get the full emotional payoff that this story provides.
I’m so grateful to Letizia for allowing me to be an ARC reader. I’ve been addicted to her writing for a while now, and that trend is continuing onwards.
