Rewire Your Anxious Brain: How to Use the Neuroscience of Fear to End Anxiety, Panic, and Worry by Elizabeth M. Karle, Catherine M. Pittman

5.0

This is such an important book both for people who face debilitating anxiety and for educators who work with increasingly anxious students. The book is written in a very accessible, practical language with interspersed checklists to help a reader turn prose into reflection. The grounding in neuroscience is so important and helpful because it allows us to take a more medical and distances view to anxious feelings that often feel insurmountable. Such a helpful book that I will use with my students in the future.
