The plot was really well done! I didn’t see the ending coming AT ALL. I don’t usually write full summaries for books but this plot feels worthy:Once it becomes apparent that Alicia does in fact remember Theo, I feel like everything else happens so quickly. We discover that Theo had been stalking Alicia because Kathryn had been cheating with Gabriel. We learn that Theo did not force Alicia to kill Gabriel, but rather asked if he would die for her, to which he responded that he didn’t want to die, and Alicia continues to remain silent, since Gabriel has essentially killed her. We learn that Theo attempted to murder Alicia at the Grove and blamed Christian for the attempted OD, but eventually Alicia’s diary gets found behind the canvas of her painting in her hospital room & her last entry had been frantic (writing during a race against the morphine in her system) and details Theo’s crime of injecting her (& I believe she admits to knowing him and explaining the stalking, too). Also, I am SO glad that Theo was found out in the end. It made the book so much more enjoyable to assume that justice prevailed.
Excellently executed.
