I can't write a review without spoiling anything by mistake, that is how well woven the whole plotlines are. When I was reading the premise, I could not understand why Alice Feeney is the QUEEN of twists, but now I get it; I did not see that ending coming. Brilliantly interwoven, all wrapped up nicely in the end, which is all I want in a novel, CLOSURE.
Would've given the last star if the author hadn't tried too hard to keep us hooked by mentioning "but they don't know my secrets" (verbatim) at the end of almost every chapter; it was kind of annoying when you keep saying something is gonna happen and it doesn't until the last few chapters. I am all for big reveals at the end, but throw us SOME meat to get to the end.
But that won't stop me from DEFINITELY coming back to revisit.
