i've never really understood the hype. i mean, i liked muppet christmas carol movie. but after reading (and listening to neil gaiman at nypl), i enjoyed the drama, the darkness, the prose, eliquence, and equally the reminders of what's important... not just at christmas, but especially at christmas.
