Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros
3.5
"For maximum potential, riders should be stationed close to their villages if possible. Nothing is a more effective motivator than seeing one's home on fire."
Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros
This is for readers who enjoy fantastical stories with romantic undertones. For those looking for emotional and adventurous reads with a sometimes tense mood.
FINAL THOUGHTS
The first half of this book was a snooze fest. Honestly, Violet is getting on my nerves and I just want to slap her. I am positive I am going to be on the unpopular opinion of this series. However, if it wasn't for the pick-up in the second half of the book I would never revisit this series. We will see what book four has in store to make my final decision but it seems to be going downhill for me, almost in the way another fantasy series has *FBAA*.
