Love★Com, Vol. 1
by Aya Nakahara
I made an offhand remark that the dynamic in this is very similar to Kageyama and Hinata in Haikyuu and I stand by that. This is a cute series, and I absolutely love the relationship developing between the characters, it's very nuanced and you can tell there's a lot more there than first meets the eye with how volatile they are. It starts to delve into body image issues and the way others perceive and project onto an individual, and I think it's so great reading about a relationship where the girl is taller than the boy and looking at how others view that relationship.
I'll definitely be picking up the second volume, although other series are definitely my priority at this point in time.
