I think this book had flashes of potential and insight. I thought it would be more about spiritual growth but it was a poorly done "adventure" novel most of the time. The ideas of control dramas and slowing down to engage more deeply I did appreciate, but the whole energy transference idea didn't land well for me. I think if the attempt at the narrative and dialogue had been dropped this would have been a much more captivating and intriguing study of spirituality and human interactions/motivations.
