Can't Buy Me Love by Janet Elizabeth Henderson

5.0

I love Janet Elizabeth Henderson's romances set in Invertary, Scotland. They are a perfect blend of sweet, funny, swoony, and steamy! This final book in the Sinclair Sister trilogy was no exception! I loved every minute of it. There is something I love so much about a good-natured hero and a slightly cranky, imperfect heroine. This book will make you fall in love with the Agnes and Logan.

I laughed out loud at some hallway antics and the forthcoming ribbing by the townspeople. I loved that the heroin was smart, capable, and independent. There is a bit of a mystery here, which I easily pegged very early on in the book, but that doesn't diminish from the enjoyment of this wonderful story!

And, as always with this author, the bond of women and sisterhood is present in this book. It's not just a vehicle for a woman and a man to find each other. There is family and female friendships that are imperfect and also wonderful.
