The Red-Headed League - a Sherlock Holmes Short Story by Arthur Conan Doyle
5.0
I remember reading this tale before, if only because there's this scene where Sherlock taps his cane on the cobblestones in front of a building to determine the hollowness (of course this may be from another tale as well).
In any case, I'm really glad to have read this one, since the title had always bothered me. It's a good short tale, close to my own red-headed heart.
