Your Second Life Begins When You Realize You Only Have One by Raphaelle Giordano

I didn't realize the book was a novel when requesting it from the library and yet even though it's a novel I'm not surprised to learn it was written by a "personal development expert" psychologist.

The first part of the book has me more drawn in than the last part. There were some things that I felt encouraged to try out myself - the reminder to "spring clean" for example. While I currently live in a small trailer and the cleaning doesn't take long there's still little things I don't normally take the time to get to. So the book encouraged me to make time to get to those other things and I definitely felt better getting them done.
