The Dead Zone
by Stephen King
This Stephen King novel had me hooked from start to finish. Besides the psychological horror elements, I was really entertained by the relationship between Johnny and Sarah - they fell in love but a tragic incident separated them but their love never faded, even after Johnny spent almost 5 years in a coma and Sarah was married to another man. The tragic ending connected them again, with Sarah being at Johnny's grave and making us all think "What could of been if Johnny never got into that accident".
Johnny's gift (or a curse, according to some) was introduced with exceptional detail, as each vision he gets by touching someone or their belongings is more and more intense. The one, that uncovered the serial killer, and the one, that predicted the fire, get extra from me.
