Pour Your Heart Into It: How Starbucks Built a Company One Cup at a Time by Dori Jones Yang, Howard Schultz
slow-paced
2.0
My favorite NF subgenre and I had to claw my way through because it’s so slow.
Also the last four or five chapters are basically whining about how success makes people attack the company. While it has some merit, Shultz’s commentary came off as petulant.
