Second books in a series are often worse than the first one and I suppose this is one of those cases(but is it really?) Unlike the first one, I wasn't hooked but it was still enjoyable nonetheless(not as much as the first one, though). I like the developing friendships and the advancement of the plot but I'm still curious about Luke and his reasoning. The ending was the perfect build-up for the next book, I seriously pity the fans who read the book as soon as it releases. The exploration of characters was interesting, I suppose. Overall, really enjoyable, I'm gonna start the next one right away. 4.25 stars.
