I don't know what it is about how Abby crafts a story, but she captures the joy and the pain of living and loving in equal measure. I'm snorting at the hilarity on one page and then tearing up at the emotions on the next. She has a rare gift for making a story feel like a lived experience, with all the highs and lows that it entails. Also, her craft keeps getting better and better, which makes her books even more of a pleasure to read. Go get you some Sam and Xavier...you *might* cry, but you'll *definitely* fall in love. 💖
