A primer on how to have difficult conversations, the authors do a wonderful job of developing a clear framework and offering examples to help you understand. (Along with acronyms for Everything). It's a great starting point but, as they themselves point out, you have to practice it to get any better, just reading isn't enough. This is a book I expect to return to regularly.
