The Family Experiment is set in a dystopian future, where families are tested in an unsettling social reality TV show.
While the setup itself is far from relatable, the backdrop of a crumbling society hit by the cost-of-living crisis and AI's growing control feels all too real. The story’s sometimes dark twists keep you guessing the end result, and the nod to an Oasis reunion (before it was announced) is especially freaky.
(It’s not a sequel, but I’d suggest reading The One and The Marriage Act first, as they’re set in the same world, and this is the third one. )
