The Irish Cottage: Finding Elizabeth by Juliet Gauvin
5.0
This was sweet. Predictable in a way but very sweet. As someone who's been to Ireland and loves Ireland with all her heart, I felt myself in this story wanting to be back.
The imagery and the characters were well written and well thought out. The emotions were all there for me. I lost my Mom 2 years ago and was totally able to identify with Beth and Connor's grief.
I do like being inside Beth's head a little even though this was written in 3rd person - not my favorite point of view. And Mags!!! I loved her. I wanted her to be alive to sit and have a glass of whiskey and just kill time telling stories.
I read this book because of the setting and found myself loving this. Well done!!!
