I started reading this book thinking, 'was there any real need to write a sequel?' and ended with the same thought. A shame really because I thoroughly enjoyed the first book and Weisberger's other books.
The characters were incredibly boring and any sympathy I had for Andy from the first book was quickly lost, as in this book as she comes across as a whinny rich girl who makes the most daft choices.
On an upside, reading it aloud put my daughter to sleep very quickly.
