I loved the animals and the chaotic adventures the og trio get into while pet-sitting them. I also enjoyed their back stories to the animals and who this book li led into the second book of the series. However, i think Annabeth seemed a bit more dull than in previous books and Percy a bit more judgey towards Grover, which I found a bit odd.
