Don't Look for Me by Wendy Walker

4.0

Wow! This book actually freaked me out! I read before bed a lot and actually had to put it down a few times because I got too stressed out. The story had so many layers, told from multiple POVs, and really kept me guessing throughout the entire thing. I mean it's about a mother leaving her family, while in reality she's been taken hostage, it's insane. It is definitely fast paced but it ended up coming up short for me in the ending. It was a big reveal, but totally came out of left field. It just left me unsatisfied but I think this story is too twisted to have a "everything's-coming-up-daisies" ending. The ending wasn't horrible by any means but it just wasn't groundbreaking! If you read this, do you agree? Also what Wendy Walker book should I read next?!
