Grieving: Dispatches from a Wounded Country by Cristina Rivera Garza

slow-paced

4.0

Some of the essays are moving, informative, and critical, and really educated me on the issues facing modern Mexico. Others seemed like they were overreaching (specifically those written about COVID). Overall, I walked away more informed than I walked into a book, always a plus for me in non-fiction.
