The Memoirs of Miss Chief Eagle Testickle: Vol. 1 by Gisèle Gordon, Kent Monkman

Did not finish book. Stopped at 39%.
Maybe it's the audiobook format, maybe it's not the right time, or maybe it's just not for me. I was excited about this, but I wish I had started it before looking up more info on the author. Now it just feels pretentious and self-indulgent. I did love hearing the spoken Cree from narrator Gail Maurice and a new angle to the mythology I had been reading about from other indigenous writers. Guess I'm just not in the mood for star children being turned on by eagle balls.
