Such a wonderful story ohmygod I did not expect it to hit this hard, the whole world sucks you in and you feel as claustrophobic and tense as the protagonist. I LOVE how this was written, and having the main character be a complete asshole all the time, as the story slowly took apart his views and made him change into the same thing he feared so much.. ahhh amazing!!!! The use of the Kallokain, the social background of the story, the many deep thoughts and emotions that the story encapsules… man, it became one of my favorite books after my first read, amazing.
