A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman
4.0

A funny, heart-wrenching testimony to the value of each life, no matter whether it goes how we’ve planned or not. Backman’s similes are unique, his tone delightful, and his narrative symmetry perfect. Though, I can’t say I loved every character or the “Up”-like emotional rollercoaster.
