Atomic Robo and the Shadow from Beyond Time by Brian Clevinger

5.0

This whole book was as entertaining as those now-completely-unrelated-to-the-rest-of-the-show space-time-contiuum episodes of LOST. Those with Desmond and his constant and such. Sorry if that spoilt anything there, but you should've already seen LOST by now.

Anyway.

The same ol' absurdist humor and silly dialogue and, well, somewhat one-dimensional plot lines that you can expect from Atomic Robo are all present here... but THIS time with 84% more Cool.

I was thrilled by this book, and regret I didn't crack it open months and months sooner when I bought it. That's me, but you're you, so hopefully you just sorta dig it, at the very worst. Here I am, a happy customer, feeling slightly more amicable towards Atomic Robo because of this book alone. I don't think it's an isolated incident, so if you're even remotely interested, you may well be satisfied, too.

To be fair, I bought mine on Ebay for $10 shipped, and not having paid the full $18.95 makes the possibility of you liking something just a little more likely.
