Wow, this book immediately becomes my favorite romance of the year. It's so romantic, with beautiful writing that I admire a lot. The plot is absolutely heart-wrenching, filled with anger and frustration amidst the drama of royalty. The characters entertain me with their twists and dynamics in every relationship. Nina and Hector are dear to me, their love starts with a complicated path, but it's so thoroughly pure and deep that I just want to see the best ending for them. I definitely recommend this to everyone who wants a romantic love story with a hint of drama and heartbreak because it will satisfy you. Also, this work is very different from Silvia's Mexican Gothic (which I've read before), and it amazed me how immaculately romantic this is.
