Zen and the Art of Happiness by Chris Prentiss

5.0

Have you ever had one of those moments when you realize that what you thought was right, but everyone told you was wrong, has been validated as right in the end?!? That's how I feel with this book. I have always been an optimist to a fault. I have always felt there was a lesson in every misfortune, and I have used this to make it through some hard times in my life. I was always told this makes me weak and easily taken advantage of.
I believe that if we as a people, all people would learn to be humble and kind the world would be such a better place.
This should be a required reading by all. Even if you don't agree you should be exposed. I loved it.
There is one negative I would give this book. Too much talk about the rehab center. I understand this is an accomplishment, but this book is not about rehab centers, and it somewhat felt like an advertisement.
