 The description for this one was very accurate in calling it low-stakes and cozy. Though it hinted at moving adjacent to darker themes, it never went so far. It was cutesy and fun, and I love the little mouse baker with all my heart. I want to eat all the pastries he makes. Please gimme. I wish there was a bit more of the romance element between the two leads beyond the little scraps we got, but it wasn't super necessary. I loved the vibes they created in the coffee shop, and it was a place I would love to hang out in. I don't have a whole lot to say about this one other than it was a sweet and easy read.
