I was so excited to dig into this book, and I was ultimately left disappointed. The pace was really odd as it was slower most of the book and then at the end felt veryyy rushed to resolve everything. Also, if you aren’t a fan of a miscommunication trope, this book will be a major annoyance! The highlight were the spicy scenes, but the plot was so many thumbs down. Also, the FMC is a little insufferable and is described as very generic both physically and in personality.
