Ride on by Faith Erin Hicks

2.5

The style of the art is cute (but I know that's what I'm going to get with Faith Erin Hicks). The plot is kind of low key in a way that feels just a bit lacking. The characters were a bit flat for me and I can't quite work out why. Honestly it really bugged me that Victoria apologised for their first encounter but Norrie didn't. As someone who was a shy kid who got lashed out at by people who were being too full on when I was just anxious, I really did not like it. The end was reasonably neatly tied up though. We got a nice conclusion on everything.
