I think this is just another wonderful Discworld romp that I thoroughly enjoyed. Watching the individual members of the Watch change and grow throughout the course of the story with the influence of Carrot was great, and being able to get to know Ankh-Morpork better was especially fun. Terry Pratchett once again hides so much wisdom and insight into human nature inside his cleverly absurd fantasy story.
The only small thing I’ll say is that with Pratchett I am either not smart enough or not British enough to quite understand certain interactions, and that leaves me feeling a teensy bit confused. But it really doesn’t detract from my enjoyment overall.
