Quite complicated and darkly twisted. It feels repetitive in the beginning with “god’s truth” at beginning of each sentence, and you want the narrative to move on. 
But when it does move on in second half, it flys by. So much packed in second half and so twisted still that it makes the gory details of first half pale.
A book that’s hard to forget .
