 When we move on to Lord of Shadows, I think that it had a really good end. There were definitely some scenes I enjoyed and plots that were overall really good, but I felt like this book dragged a lot and I didn't really feel blown away. Yes, Cassandra tore my heart out in the end with one character's death but I also feel like I didn't connect to any of the main characters very well and the cohort were the type of villains that really end up irritating you.
