The Incarnations by Susan Barker

5.0

I agree with many of the author comparisons being made but can't help but leave THE INCARNATIONS feeling that this book is in a class all its own. An exploration of history, a testing of the boundary of reality, I have a feeling this book will haunt me for years. But for now I'll just spend the next few days with a book hangover, dreaming of the Gobi desert or Bejing, and wondering about the threads that tie us to one another and whether they really might stretch back through the centuries...
