I liked this book but If your are looking for a detailed look into the afterlife forget it. The afterlife portion is very short and really isn't the key point to the story. While reading this book something bothered me. It was apparent that the family in this story was very well off (financially sound) and I really wish a book like this would come from someone who was average middle class and with very little or no faith before having a near death experience. Just had to say that but I still enjoyed the book and it made me think and gave me hope.
