What can I say about Lanny, well for starters it was dreadful nonsense completely lacking a plot! The layout made it incredibly hard to follow. I was definitely not a fan of the quotations and wavy text and found it unsettling to keep jumping points of view with every sentence. To me the book was higgledy piggledy it was all over the place, confusing and full of verbatim. I did not like it at all and I am a fan of folk horror. I was so disappointed having read his other book which was great.
