the ending of this book is just wild, at the end of the day men will be men. they may have an attitude towards society and look down at men who are complicit in the treatment of women while just so easily perpetuating and taking part of said treatment and still believing they are above others.
of course there are so many different ways to interpret the book and its many themes it explores such as the meat industry, class divide and how the human population will normalise anything if their government chooses to push a narrative.
i wish i could read the original text in its native language as i believe some of the nuance was lost in translation.
