I’m not a huge fan of romantic suspense but this novel kept me engaged.  Tessa is returning home to her hometown, a place that holds several secrets, unsolved murders, and the ex-love of her life Garrett (her brother’s best friend). It’s told from Tessa and Garrett’s point of view, alternating between the past and present.  I really thought I figured out the conclusion but I was completely mistaken!
