Like most self help books, I did tab a few things to return to. A few quotes, a few action items, one bucket list idea. I will also be starting a gratitude journal. With all the health benefits described, it seems pointless not to. My biggest struggle is that, to me, this author's life was well worthy of thanks and she just didn't see it. I wish more time would have been spent on gratitude when your life isn't perfect. How can you see gratitude when all you see is darkness? I would have also liked to know how long it takes for benefits to be seen. Do you have to do it for a full year, a month, or do you see results quickly? I guess I'll find out as I start this journey. Maybe it'll be a feature on the blog I plan to have for 2023. Stay tuned.
