A few other reviewers here seem to have picked this book up without realizing it is a romance novel. If you are looking for historical fiction that focuses primarily on the war or spying, this is not that. If you're here for a romance, you're in the right place.
It's a good story that kept me turning pages. It deserved better copyediting; it is full of the word substitution errors that slip past spell check software. Conformation/confirmation, cantor/canter, etc.
