Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge by Ethan Sacks

adventurous informative tense fast-paced

4.0

Out of all the Disney SW material, Galaxy’s Edge is one of my favourites. I like what they’re doing to try and link it to the rest of the GFFA. And even though I’m not a fan of the sequel material, there was enough linked back to the original trilogies here to leave me content.

Disney/Marvel have done this thing a few times now where they use a central character or place and add single issue stories that each have interesting side plot, while serving the overall one. I liked the Obi-Wan one they did, and this one is also pretty good. We got a little bit of Han and Chewie, a little bit of Hindi, a little bit of Aphra… I would’ve said no to some Skywalker twins stuff or maybe something connecting this comic to the adventures Anakin and Thrawn (and Padmé and Sabé) had on Batuu.

It’s not amazing or anything, but as far as promo material for the park goes, it’s pretty good.
